3MAZE — TERMS OF SALE

1. Who you're buying from
3Maze is operated by Peter Smith, an independent sound designer operating at 3maze.com. All sales are made directly through the 3Maze storefront.
2. What you're buying
Each 3Maze collection is a downloadable digital sound effects pack, delivered as a set of WAV audio files. Product listings show the exact file count, format, sample rate, and price before you buy — take a look at the track list and preview for each collection to confirm it's the right fit.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are processed securely through Sellfy's payment system. 3Maze does not directly handle or store your payment details.
4. Delivery
Collections are delivered as an instant digital download immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical product is shipped. If a download link doesn't work or a file appears corrupted, get in touch and it'll be sorted out.
5. License
Buying a collection grants you a license to use the Sounds under the terms of the 3Maze End User License Agreement (EULA), which is included with every purchase. In short:
— You can use the Sounds in any personal or commercial project, royalty-free, with no attribution required
— You can't resell the Sounds as standalone audio files or redistribute them to others
— You can't bundle them into a product whose main purpose is selling sound effects or audio assets
— Peter Smith / 3Maze retains full copyright and ownership of the Sounds at all times
The full EULA is available with each collection and takes precedence over this summary in the event of any conflict.
6. Refunds
3Maze collections are digital downloads. Because a downloaded file can be copied and kept even if a refund is issued, all sales are final once a download has started — whether the download was partial or complete. Please review the preview, description, and track list carefully before purchasing.
This doesn't affect any statutory rights that can't be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Liability
The Sounds are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Peter Smith and 3Maze aren't liable for hearing damage, equipment damage, data loss, or any other outcome connected to the use or playback of the Sounds after download. Full details are set out in the EULA.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the catalog or store. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
